Returns & Exchanges

At MONKY, we want you to love your style; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all MONKY brand tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly onto the exterior of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed by our warehouse team.
